Delivery and payment
Delivery time for orders from Romania is usually 3-5 working days. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), or if the product is not in stock, the delivery time may take longer.
If an order takes longer to reach you, we do our best to let you know and keep you informed.
In the case of international orders we will contact you separately to let you know the price and conditions under which the shipment can be made, and then confirm the processing of your order.
For delivery in Bucharest the cost of transport is 20 lei, and in the rest of the country the cost is 25 lei.
Payment is made only by card, online, through the platform euplătesc.ro
For international deliveries, we will contact you separately for a personalised offer, as we do not have a standard price.
Return and refund
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us and return it for a full refund of the value of your order. Returned products must have the original label and show no signs of wear or damage.
The exception to the return policy is products with personalised texts. If you receive a defective, damaged or other product than the one you ordered, please write to hello@silviahart.com or fill in the return form.
The shipping cost for returning the products is your responsibility and you need to use a courier company. We do not accept returns by post. Upon receipt, the parcel will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions, otherwise it will be refused. Parcels containing products in a condition other than that in which they were delivered (tried, used, damaged, etc.), those whose return has not been notified in advance, and those containing products damaged during transport due to improper packaging will be refused.
In the case of a return, we will refund, within 14 calendar days of the date of return, any amount we have received from you, except for the cost of delivery by courier, as mentioned above.
As an exception to the above conditions, only if the delivered products do not conform to the specifications mentioned by you or have manufacturing defects, the return can be made within the first 5 days of receipt at our expense, and you can choose to replace the products or immediately refund their value.
We will make this refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Payment for the return package cannot be refunded as the products need to be checked. Refunded parcels will be returned to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
